Shipping & Returns
For your protection, traveldiamonds.co.uk purchases may be delivered only to the billing address of your credit or debit card, (unless specifically requested that they go to an alternative delivery address - email us this info to: firstname.lastname@example.org) and must be received by someone at the billing/delivery address. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes. To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain tracking numbers for each delivery. TRAVEL DIAMONDS cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays and apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused.
Products purchased from traveldiamonds.co.uk arrive suitable for gift giving. Each product is enclosed in signature TRAVEL DIAMONDS packaging.
TRAVEL DIAMONDS does offer a repair service and on receipt of the item we will quote the cost, if you have a repair question, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed repair request, description of item(s) purchased, and your full contact details including name, address, email and telephone number.
Repairs for item(s) purchased on traveldiamonds.co.uk can be subject to a charge. You will be responsible for all delivery costs to and from our repair facility.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to return ordered items, except earrings or custom / special order pieces, within 7 days following the date of delivery and receive a full refund providing the item is unworn and is returned to us in the condition which it was dispatched to you from our facility. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept earring returns for hygiene reasons.
There may be additional charges incurred by ordering online which cannot be refunded. These non-refundable charges include: sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU, and any additional insurance to cover return shipping. To return an item, please see the attached downloadable PDF document for you to print and return to us with the goods in addition you can contact us at email@example.com and we will go through the straightforward returns process with you.
When emailing for a return, please clearly state your reason for return, together with full contact information including your Name, Address, and daytime and evening telephone number.
TRAVEL DIAMONDSís returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
